In The Parish Church of All Saints, Kingston-upon-Thames

The Book of Remembrance containing the names of those killed in 1914-18 was made and bound for the Regiment by the Hon. Norah Hewitt in memory of her brother, Captain the Hon. A R Hewitt DSO who was killed at Ypres on 25^th April 1915. The Roll was later enlarged to contain the names of the 1198 officers and men of the Regiment who lost their lives between 1939 - 1945, while another book on the south side of the Chapel records the names of those who have died since 1945.
